This layout was presented in a 'sketch' render style for a planning appeal. The inegrity of the original tree planting was shown in context with the development's design. Mike worked with the architect to show how the 2D plans would work as a real 3D scheme.
The appeal was won and the site is now complete.
Interior Planning
I supply interior layouts - from surveys or provided plans - showing scale layouts & 3D visual information in the same file for project development and contractor costings.
Interior Visuals
I can offer high quality room and house renders - from sketch to photo-real quality. Walk-through videos are quickly created and kept at reasonable costs.
I use the latest render professional software - Lumion - which was written specifically for architecture firms and large site developments. This seamlessly integrates with 3D & 2D design packages.
